“ Everything I do and have done is to Inspire and Lift the Human Spirit. Painting is the anticipation of revealing my inner most core and letting the known and unknown magically appear. Vivid color, rich texture, light and emotion, creating beauty on canvas as visual poetry. This is my journey as a lifelong artist. The magnificence of Nature is a constant inspiration to me. I paint what I see as well as what I feel, and my style ranges from the representational to the abstract, often blending together.”
At age 14 Craig sold his first painting while in high school. He earned his BA and MA degrees in Fine Art, and received numerous awards in both National and International competitions. In 1982 he went on to create the Northwest College of Art and Design in Puget Sound, Washington. For over 25 years Craig traveled the country as a national speaker on creativity, arts education, and living your passion before retiring to focus on painting full time.
His artwork can be found in the homes of collectors throughout the US, Canada, and Europe.
